The spreadplayers issue is not yet fixed or has resurfaced
The spreadplayers command, when entering a maxRange value of 128 or higher, teleports players to y=255, instantly killing them if they are in survival mode. While I'm aware this issue has been fixed, it appears to have resurfaced. Unfortunately I cannot provide a screenshot as I play on Nintendo Switch.
