Unable to place blocks in singular chunk

X coordinates 300 to 284 and z coordinate -206 to -222 will not allow blocks to be placed inside the chunk. (I’m sure the coordinates aren’t important) but it’s one chunk. This is a new issue because the chunk is already half of my completed house. Things like torches can be placed, but not blocks. This is on a realm.
