Marketplace being falsely unconnectable prevents realm creation

When attempting to create (and possibly join) a realm, I discovered it was unobtainable. The supposed issue was I couldn't connect to the marketplace but... I could... After searching on the internet for ~30 minutes I decided to just report it as a bug and hope for the best. Attached is my OBS recording of the marketplace being accessible, while the realms were not.
