I tried to turn on “Use Experimental Gameplay” And it didn’t work

I tried to turn on “Use Experimental Gameplay” And it told me to copy my world and I clicked continue but it failed I checked my space on both my device and Minecraft PE I don’t think that was the problem. I only have one texture pack and it’s not the problem. My world takes up about 136 mb I believe so, is that too much?
