Beta keeps reinstalling even after unerolling, deleting, and reinstalling

I've tried all the suggestions I can find on the internet.  I've insured all other users on my machine have not logged into Minecraft or enrolled for the beta.  I've tried removing and reinstalling the Gaming Server.  And of course, I unenrolled, uninstalled, and reinstalled about 10 times.  Nothing works.  Please help.
