Shader Pack bug in Windows 10 Edition

Basically, when I put a shader texture pack the world don't show any texture/dont load any block, it only display the textures of the mobs and the underwater effect but nothing more. I don't know if this is really a bug of minecraft or this is a driver problem in my pc, I tried these shaders pack in different versions (1.13, 1.12, 1.11) and happend the same
