[Fixed] Yokai skin has a walking animation

The Yokai skin from "From The Shadows Skin Pack" has a walking animation, which shouldn't happen. This skin (and other ghost-like skins made by 4J Studios) didn't have a walking animation before (by design). Now it has a walking animation like a regular skin.
