Xbox sing = Crash

After logging in to Xbox live the game is crashing, then when I turn on the game, the game also crashes. I turned off the internet and the game turned on. So the problem is to log in to Xbox live. Please, fix it because I can't log into Xbox live and thus play multiplayer.
