My skin resets when leaving the game

this is the bug, every time I close the game, when re-entering my skin for some reason it is reset, putting in its place some of the predetermined skins. (It should be noted that I do not usually change my skin)

Edit:this only happens with personalized skins, the skins that can be bought in the store are not affected by the bug
