Simple furnace recipe addon does not work on realms

When downloading a world from a realm and attaching a behavior pack that only has 1 recipe in it that converts rotten flesh to leather and ensuring experimental gameplay is enabled and reuploading it, the pack just doesn't work at all. I have also ensured that the pack works locally before uploading the world.
