I can’t play the game if I am connected to WiFi

I have to turn off my WiFi in order to connect to my realm. Even tho my internet is working as intended.  Nothing loads even the store unless I turn it off.  I even tried to turn off my data and run against WiFi only still didn’t work.  Then I tried to stream Netflix just on WiFi with data off and it worked. Hope this is enough information.
