Underwater 3rd person front lighting glitch (Swamp Only)

If your player is standing in one block deep water, there will be alight source around the player in 3rd person front. How to Reproduce and image below. 

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to a swamp. 
2. Find one block deep water.
3. Stand in the water 
4. Go into 3rd person front and around the player should be light on the blocks below the player.
