Glitch with invisible armor stands

If you turn a armor stand invisible with a item in its hand it bugs out and follows you as you walk this has been happening for a while. However I thought someone would have fixed it by now. So, I booted up Minecraft and Nope Please fix this it affects a lot of my builds.
