MCPE-48356[Fixed in 1.13] Parrot dancing animation is too fast
Steps To Reproduce:
- Spawn/find a parrot;
- Place a jukebox next to it;
- Put a music disc in.
Observed Results:
The parrot moves extremely fast.
Expected Results:
The parrot dances normally.
