Minecraft Xbox barrier bug

So, there is a barrier bug in Minecraft Bedrock Xbox ONE. 

When you use /give MineKat015 barrier 1, it gives me the barrier, but, my game freezes for a minute then crashes. Why is that happening? It happens when my character holds a barrier agter giving it to him. 

Possible reasons why: was using custom shader, had friends on the world, used Xbox ONE S console, and used custom skin pack.
