Different devices in the same server makes lag

Today I realized that when an Amazon kindle fire hosts a server and other Amazon users join then their is on player not on Amazon for example Samsung, it makes the entire server lag horribly I don't know if it's just a problem with just With Amazon and Samsung but please try to find a solution
