You can't hit the ender dragon with an enchanted crossbow!

For some odd reasons, i can't hit the ender dragon with my enchanted crossbow. The arrow would pierce through his body. I tried to aim at his head, it didn't work. I hope you guys fix this bug and wish the best luck for you!
