Bug elytra when swimming

I'm trying to swim after flying using elytra, but when I see a rendering error (I don't know what this is), I immediately try again but it's still the same, then I try to exit the game and log in again and try again, but it still happens, I immediately report this! I don't know this happened to another item, I have a screenshot for proof
