severe lag issue on Nintendo Switch

since the last update i've been experiencing severe lag issues on Nintendo Switch. it freezes the console for complete for about 5-10 seconds every couple of minutes. i've lowered the freezes by lowering the chunks and turning off the various options and putting in pacific.
