Shield has a different position

The shield is very, very close to the player's body, tt maybe difficult to spot. This wasn't the case in 1.12 but it might have been caused by the reapperance of ~~MCPE-41221~~.

To Reproduce:

Crouch and look up, the arm and shield is very close to the body of the player.
