Client Messages don't disappear

So easily said, Client messages don't seem to disappear to me for whatever reason..

What I expected to happen was...:
Well the client message should've disappeared. For example "This server has restarted!" doesn't dissappear or "You can't sleep right now.."

What actually happened was...:
It didn't disappear XD

Steps to Reproduce:
Sleep for example when a mob is near you..
