Corrupted Minecraft Windows 10 Edition World

I don't know why but all of a sudden my minecraft world has stopped working and every time i load it it says corrupted minecraft world, contact bugs.mojang.com. Know this happened before and i thought it was a one off so i used an older minecraft world save but the issue happened again. this has never happened to me on any of my other worlds and i dont know how to fix it, or who can fix it for me. is there someone i can contact where i can send them my world download and they can fix the issues on it or a mojang employee directly. please i am very confused. ive tried contacting help.mojang.com but when i try to submit my issue it says contection lost, this is very frustrating as i need help and don't what the world i built to be lost.
