Crashing after a few seconds when joining a Realm.

After going through a nether portal back to the overworld on a large Realms server, my game immediately froze up and I was promptly sent back to the console menu. After several attempts to restart the console, nothing has worked. Every time I enter the Realm, the chunks begin to load for a few seconds before it crashes yet again.
