Installer fail!

Installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. this may indicate a problem with this package. First error code is 2503. Then an error code 2502 shows. This is the message I get when installing the packing for my son HBGamer2007. I do not know which version it is. It does not say when I try to download! Are you trolling paying customers?
