Resource pack:Unable to find manifest

I downloaded an emerald armour texture pack online it was a zip file but then I changed it to .mcpack file

When I used ES file explorer, I tapped on the emerald armour texture pack that I changed from .zip to .mcpack and then Minecraft opened and said Import started. Seconds later it said failed to import. I have a screenshot

Im on Bedrock version 1.11.4
