[Duplicate] Farmer Villagers don't harvest crops

Steps to reproduce:

1. Plant something a farmer villager should be able to harvest (wheat, beetroot, potato, carrot);
2. Use bonemeal;
3. Spawn a farmer villager right next to it, give them some seeds;
4. Watch the crop; it won't be harvested;
5. Break it to confirm that the villager does plant it back.

Expected Results:
The farmer harvests the crop and plants it back.

Observed Results:
The farmer doesn't harvest the crop, but will plant it back if removed.
