Corrupted Windows 10 Edition World

I've had this world for about 6 months or so, i haven't had any issue however all of a sudden the world loaded and said corrupted. I had an older world save which I then went back to however the issue happened again only a day later. I have know idea how to fix this and am stressing out that I may lose all the work i've done.
