Minecraft Bedrock Screen Reader Goes ON when i play

I have this issue when I load up minecraft all the time, The screen ui reader goes on with and without pop up, I get so annoyed that im about to quit the latest versions of minecraft and play minecraft 1.8.0 or lower using apks.
