My minecraft template world is not loading

i just bought a minecraft world template a week ago and i messed around in the world. The world crashed. so i deleted the world and tried to make a new one, but when i created it, there was nothing, just a flat water land. I bought the Minecraft world Curio City. Is there anyway to fix the problem?
