Game randomly crashes when blocks are broken - block updates issue.

The game can randomly crash when a block gets broken (Only happens if I am in survival mode), the screen turns black, then white, then the game closes itself, then my laptop (Windows 10) freezes and I have to restart it. It doesn't only happen while breaking blocks manually, it happens when TNT explodes too. This is annoying, since I have to restart my laptop every so often if I'm doing something involved with breaking blocks, like mining for example. This hasn't happened before in previous versions.
