/gamerule doMobLoot or Default Settings doesn't work with Leash Knots of Wander Trader

When the player toggles ability to drop any stuff from mobs, only one mob, called as: Wander Trader can drop Leash Knot(s), and the gamerule command useless too. Same bug works on Java Edition.
