Mobs are not dropping armor/held items.

Whenever i kill mobs that are wearing armor or holding weapons such skeletons holding bows, the mobs do not drop the said items. I have killed many skeletons and mobs wearing armor with my Looting 3 sword and they have not dropped anything besides the nor.al drops such as rotten flesh and bones.

How to recreate:

Kill mobs that are wearing armor and/or holding weapons and notice the armor or weapons do not drop when they are killed ever.
