My templates I bought on the Minecraft App are not working and are crashing.

Hi, so I recently bought 4 world templates for Minecraft pocket edition and only 2 of the 4 actually work. For those that do not work (I believe they were made by Pixel Heads), they crash when they are loading and exit me out of the game completely. I believe that this problem should either be fixed or I should be refunded the money because each pack cost money. Please try to get this fixed, thankyou.
