My worlds won’t load and I can’t join my friends.

1. A month or two ago I discover an issue across my Minecraft app. My friends and I wanted to play a game of Minecraft but when I clicked on their game it wouldn’t load so after a few tries of that I decided to have them join my game and my game wouldn’t load either so they invited me and i clicked on join and it brought me back to the home screen. Eventually I deleted the app, turned off my phone and tried to see if anyone had the same problem as me but no one did. And It’s been a 2 months now and I still haven’t been able to play a game. And my character won’t load on the home page.
