Ice created by frost walker is a solid to the player but not to tools

So while playing with my friends in his world, I managed to get a frost walker 2 book, I applied it, then tried it out. After that I realized that I could destroy the sand and mud underneath the ice even though I should have been mining the ice and not the bottom of the pond... so it’s probably a error with windows 10, however I will quickly send an update message with a screenshot to see whether or not I can also do it
