Painting spawners crash worlds. GAME BREAKING!!!

In the bedrock version of the game the item item.spawn_egg.entity.minecraft:painting.name

(painting spawn egg) can be easily hacked in with a hacked client. When put in a mob spawner it crashes the world/realm it is placed in. Any device that renders it totally crashes. This is an uncommon problem but when it is a problem it is severe. If there is a way to fix this bug/exploit (I don't know which describes this better) please fix it. It is currently breaking my favorite realm.
