Invisible hud, gui and mobs when entering a certain zone

I recently built a big kelp farm near from my house.

After some minutes, my hud disappeared suddenly, all of the entities became invisible, but i could see its shadows. I could move even with my controls gone. Chests became invisible too, i could open them, but i didn't see the gui, so only was able to close the chest pressing the 'return' button of my phone, same thing happened to my inventory. I could hear mobs and hit them, also I was able to change the selected item of my hotbar. This bug disappeared when i closed the application and opened it again, but the bug came back after some seconds. I ran far away from my house, then closed and opened the application again, the bug didn't came back until I arrived near from my house. Also I saw the chunks were reloading constantly and i was able to see like an x-ray glitch through some chunks.
