Door Duplication Glitch

This is the summary of the bug I am having.

When i tried placing a door on ice in survival it didn't place or destroy itself and give a door back.

Instead it broke and gave me TWO doors. Yet another duplication

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a door down on ice in survival mode
2. Automatically destroys items and gives TWO doors.
P.S. I did this with tho players. Will see if it works in sp
