Players with Visitor permissions do not drop items when killed

Whenever there is a player in Visitor mode and they are killed or die all of their items will not drop like intended this has happened multiple times and has led my friends to lose all of their items.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a world and collect items
2. Have another player join the world with visitor permissions
3. Give that player some items
4. Kill the player
5. They won’t drop any items
