Missing text contain flower change and potion time effects

when I pressed the night vision potion, how many minutes did not appear. However, this is also subject to the banner change section, there are a number of missing parts detected and not displayed, namely flower change which makes me confused to arrange the banner with loom, because the flower change text is not displayed. Not only in, fireworks can't be displayed in the text (example:Slowness 08:00)  Affect versions: 1.12.0.6 1.12.0.9, 1.12.0.10, 1.12.0.11, 1.12.0.12, 1.12.0.13, and 1.12.0.14
