Minecart Momentum Loss

In the latest version of 1.14, a minecart chest going around a corner with blocks on either side will make it stop, even if it is traveling at full speed.

Note: The attachment is a camera file because the "record that" isn't reliable. Also, the camera is in mirror mode.

For some reason 1.14.2 isn't on the list.
