unable to convert my world from Xbox One Console Edition to New Edition

I am unable to convert my xbox one Minecraft world to the New Xbox Minecraft edition.  While converting it will crash my xbox around the 53%-55% mark.  Freezing the xbox and forcing a restart of the game.  This issue has been ongoing for about a year or so.  I usually check every month or so if I can convert the world but no such luck so far.  

 

This Map is a legacy map on my xbox it started as a xbox 360 map so I am unsure if that could effect it.
