Custom Items crashing the game 1.12

When I search my custom items in the inventory or /give it crashes. It has only happened with one of my packs. IDK if it is my problem but I post this to be sure thanks. I've searched and tweaked my pack but is still crashing. Also one of my other good packs is crashing.
