Not Able to Sync to Xbox Live

I am not able to connect outside of Minecraft for any reason. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the Microsoft Store cache, power cycled my modem, router, and computer, but I am still not able to connect out. I cannot sync, I cannot load the store in minecraft, I cannot see friend's games on my LAN and they cannot see my game. They have seen my Xbox live account and sent me an invite. I am able to "Accept" the invite, and it goes to load the world in Minecraft and then I get an error message of "Unable to connect to World, the world is no longer available to join". I have also renewed my IP.
