Game freezes when attempting to use Xbox One wireless controller on PC

I'm not sure if this issue has been fixed or not, but I have the Xbox One Wireless PC Adapter, and I was using my Xbox One controller with the game, and it was fine for a few minutes, but then the entire game just froze. I was forced to restart my computer via the power button because my cursor was trapped in the game.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure your Xbox One controller is connected to your PC via the Wireless Adapter.
2. Enter any world.
3. Play around in the world for a while.
4. The game should freeze and your cursor should be trapped inside.
