Cannot use marketplace templates

I have 2 Fire tablets with the same issue. I am able create, and load worlds using the basic creator screen. However when I try to create a world with a template purchased on the marketplace I get a "There was an error loading this world" message. If I download the template, and immediately create a world with it, I can play. If I close the world and come back to it, it will not work. If I create a different world after downloading the template, and then try to use the template, I get the error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.The problem only occurs on my fire tablets, but not on my ASUS tablet, which is using the same version of the game.
