I can’t access and use The HIVE server because it is always loading.

I can not go on The HIVE server at all at my own house. I can use the server at my friends house or when I am far from my house, but when I’m actually at my house connected to WiFi I can’t go on the server. Even with my WiFi off and I’m using my mobile data I still can’t go on this sever. This does not affect any other server that is available, it is only for The HIVE server. Please fix this soon. Thank you.
