Hive chat not working

I was playing on the Hive server one day when all of a sudden, my friends couldn’t see my chat. It’s been happening for a few months now and it still isn’t fixed. I can see my own chat by no one else on the server can. Also, my friends can see my chat on my worlds, just so you know. I wasn’t very sure if you guys could fix this, but I couldn’t find a bug feedback thing for the Hive so I’m writing this here. One more thing is that in the Hive, saying certain things in chat can cause a little speech bubble with a picture to appear above your head. For example, by typing “” into the chat, the speech bubble will have a smiley face in it. I can type things like that in chat and the little bubble will show up, which means my chat is working, but no one can see it. I hope that any of this was helpful in any way.
