[Fixed in 1.13] Cartography tables can only change a map name once

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a filled map in the cartograpy table slot;
2. Put a random name in it;
3. Pick the map and put it in the slot again;
4. Rename it.

Expected results:
The map gets renamed properly.

Observed results:
The map name stays the same as the first one.
