Enderman weird behavior

Enderman behavior is so crazy. I mean, they teleport so much more often than in old versions, do not find a path to the player, so just go running and running and teleporting without getting close to the player, they even can teleport being on a minecart or boat. Sometime they lose aggro for nor reason.

I think that something is wrong with Enderman path finding.
